The past couple of months I have had several, random vehicle hiccups and was in need of a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. Fortunately enough, Drusilla Car Care was responsive and was more than welcome to help me even at the oddest of times and got the job done efficiently! By far the best service, reasonable price/quote, and expressed the willingness to help their customers with any car issues that may arise. Malcolm and his crew are exceptional and I will be continuing to contact them for any future auto services.

I Read the reviews and I decided to trust the consumer and give Drusilla Car care a try and everyone was right! I have found my new mechanic shop even though it is an hour away from my home. Malcolm was so fair and honest with us about the repairs needed on my Mothers vehicle we got there thinking he would just tell us what was wrong but he ordered the parts and fix it the same day. Malcolm (Owner) and Dealious his mechanic were so kind to us while we waited on them to make the repairs. I am a customer for life and will be recommending this shop to everyone I know.

Malcolm & Delous were extremely accommodating for us as we were stranded travelers late in the evening. They fixed my van with precision first thing the next morning. Both Malcolm and Delous showed us all the pain it was and the time to look at all the other details to make the car 100% ready to get back on the road. They were very thorough and professional! They were very fair on the pricing and the customer service was stupendous! If I was local to Baton Rouge, LA, this would be my auto repair shop! Honesty, integrity and value. It’s hard to find these qualities in a mechanic nowadays. Marcomb cares about you and putting you in your car safely - he won’t cut corners. I highly recommend Drusilla Car Care - and bring our family cars here for car service.

Fantastic repair shop! This shop was recommended to me by a few friends who had used Drusilla in the past. I called Malcolm to discuss the issues I was having with my truck, and he was very knowledgeable and explained the likely problems occurring with my vehicle. We set up a time for me to drop my vehicle off, and his team was able to quickly determine the problems and provided me with a very detailed plan to repair my truck. Malcolm was able to give me a great price on the repairs, and added some additional services like a tire rotation and exterior detailing (yes, the repair shop WASHED MY CAR!) for no additional cost! All in all, this is a great local shop in Baton Rouge, and I highly recommend you give the folks at Drusilla Car Care the opportunity to work on your vehicle! Great company to do business with!

My crew of 4 was packed up and on our way home from Thanksgiving with family that lives in Baton Rouge when we discovered our truck had a huge problem w the coolant system. ON A SUNDAY this business answered my call and took us in to fix our truck. They were fair priced, the service was excellent and we were on our way home THE SAME DAY. Despite parts needing ordered and being a Sunday, they pulled it off and fixed our truck and had my family on our way home that evening. Amazing and much appreciated! We cannot thank them enough but hope this review sends customers their way! They’re good people, so great work and will treat you well

Outstanding service! Another place wanted to charge me $1200 for a repair. Malcolm diagnosed the problem and saved me $600! He had my car ready within hours. I will absolutely be returning for any future repairs. I can’t recommend him enough

On our way to New Orlean, we had a big issue with our van, we couldn’t drive anymore! We called the closest garage for an emergency. Malcolm and Delous they told us to come directly and spend three hours with our van to repair the issue. They were amazing and so honest! We could keep going our road trip on the same day. Was driving through town from Texas when my check engine light came on. Called around and Malcolm with Drusilla Car Care was able to see me immediately and help quickly give feedback to help me determine if my car was good to drive or not. He plugged in, walked me through the error code, talked about the potential problems, provided some quick solutions, etc. He was super thorough and transparent, something I value in a mechanic. We came to a very reasonable diagnostic fee agreement for the half hour of work. If I lived in Baton Rouge, I’d go here for my car needs!

I cannot recommend Malcolm and Drusilla Car Car enough. My grandmother recommended him and he's always been fair and has never tried to upcharge me on anything. I recently had an issue with my newer car and tried to take it to the dealership because there might have been a recall on the car. The dealership couldn't get me in for 3 weeks and then when they did get the car, they hadn't even done the $200 diagnostic after several days. I ended up having the car picked up and taken the Drusilla. It didn't get there until 10 minutes or so after he would have closed, but I still ended up getting a call the same day with a diagnostic. I was already pretty sure what was wrong with it and he confirmed it. The price was fair. I also wasn't expecting it to be done the next day, but it was
